• Invitation data: when you invite others, we store the invitee's email and name for the purpose of processing the invitation

• Usage data: pages visited, features used, interactions with other members, content views
• Device and log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referring URLs, timestamps

1.3 Information from Authentication Providers

When you sign in using third-party authentication (such as Google or GitHub via OAuth), we receive basic profile information from those providers according to the permissions you grant.

3. How We Share Information

3.1 With Other Members

Your profile information, ventures, and signals are visible to other members according to your privacy settings. Some information (such as your username and public profile URL) is publicly accessible.

We use third-party providers to operate the Service:

• Hosting: Vercel, Supabase
• Email delivery: Resend
• Analytics: Google Analytics (GA4), Microsoft Clarity, Vercel Analytics

3.3 Legal Requirements

6. Invitation System

Builder of Builders is an invite-only platform. When you invite someone:

• You represent that you have a legitimate relationship with the invitee
• We will email the invitee using the email address you provide
• The invitee's data is retained only for the purpose of processing the invitation
• If the invitee declines or does not accept within 90 days, their data will be purged
• You may revoke a pending invitation at any time

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+)
• Encryption at rest (AES-256)
• Row-level security at the database layer
• Access controls and audit logging
• Regular security reviews
