These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Builder of Builders (the "Service"), available at builderofbuilders.com. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Builder of Builders

Builder of Builders is an invite-only community platform for founders and investors. The Service provides scoped identity, venture profiles, intent signals, and decision tools for operators who ship.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Invite-Only Access

Builder of Builders is an invite-only platform. You must receive a valid invitation from an existing member to create an account.

2.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

2.3 Account Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate information during registration and keep your profile current.

2.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

2.5 One Account Per Person

You may not create multiple accounts. Each individual may maintain only one active account.

3. Member Conduct

3.1 Community Standards

You agree to engage with other members respectfully and in good faith. Builder of Builders is a trust-based community; repeated violations of community standards may result in suspension or removal.

3.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other members
• Misrepresent your identity, role, or ventures
• Use the Service to spam, solicit, or promote unrelated commercial offerings
• Share private member information, communications, or profiles outside the Service without consent
• Use automated means to scrape, harvest, or access member data
• Circumvent the invite-only nature of the Service
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property or violates law
• Attempt to access unauthorized areas or accounts
• Disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

3.3 Truthful Representation

When representing your ventures, role, or experience on the platform, you agree to be truthful. Materially false representations may result in removal from the community.

4. Invitations

4.1 Your Responsibility When Inviting

When you invite another person:

• You represent that you have a legitimate relationship with the invitee
• You must use the invitee's correct email address
• You may not use the invitation system for bulk outreach or unsolicited communication

4.2 Invite Limits

We may impose limits on how many invitations each member can send, and we may adjust those limits at our discretion.

4.3 Invite Quality

Member trust depends on invite quality. Repeatedly inviting people who do not accept, mark as spam, or report abuse may result in reduced invite privileges.

5. Member Content

5.1 Your Ownership

You retain ownership of content you publish on the Service (profile information, ventures, signals, posts).

5.2 License to Builder of Builders

You grant Builder of Builders a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use your content within the Service for the purpose of operating the platform.

5.3 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms, community standards, or applicable law, at our discretion and without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and platform features, is owned by Builder of Builders and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute without written permission.

7. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Free Access and Future Paid Tiers

Currently, Builder of Builders is offered free of charge for eligible members. We reserve the right to introduce paid features or tiers in the future; material pricing or access changes will be communicated with reasonable notice.

9. Suspension and Termination

9.1 Termination by You

You may close your account at any time from your account settings.

9.2 Termination by Builder of Builders

We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms, community standards, or applicable law, or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the Service ends immediately. Your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUILDER OF BUILDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Builder of Builders from claims arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Florida.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

15. Miscellaneous

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement.
• Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• No Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights; we may assign ours.
